By installing or using Qurutu, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Qurutu is a web platform and Chrome extension that lets you capture text, code snippets, and images from web pages and save them to your Google Docs, and generate AI-curated YouTube learning playlists. Playlists are generated using Google Gemini AI and YouTube Data API, and can optionally be exported to your YouTube account.

You must provide accurate information and maintain account security. By connecting your Google account, you grant Qurutu permission to access your basic profile, create and modify Google Docs, and access Google Drive files Qurutu creates or you open with Qurutu.

By connecting your YouTube account, you grant Qurutu permission to create playlists and add videos to your YouTube account solely when you initiate an export. You can revoke any permissions at any time via your Google account settings.

Free plan: Limited credits provided at signup at no cost.

Paid plans: Subscription plans renew monthly and are billed via Dodo Payments. The Trial plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Credits: Each playlist generation and expansion consumes credits. Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles on subscription plans.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled per our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to decline refunds for credits already consumed.

Checkout: You must use the same email at checkout that you use to sign in to Qurutu to ensure your subscription is linked to your account.

Permitted: Personal research, education, professional documentation, and legitimate business use.

Prohibited: Violating copyright, capturing private data without authorization, systematic scraping for commercial purposes, bypassing paywalls, transmitting malware, abusing the AI playlist generation system, or any unlawful activity.

Playlists and curricula generated by Qurutu are produced by AI and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it.

When you export a playlist to YouTube, Qurutu creates a playlist on your YouTube account using the YouTube Data API v3. You are responsible for ensuring exported playlists comply with YouTube's Terms of Service. Qurutu is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.

You retain ownership of content you capture. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture it. Qurutu owns all rights to the Service, software, and branding.

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store captured web content — it goes directly to your Google Docs. Playlist queries and generated data are stored to provide the service.

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided "as is." Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You may cancel at any time by contacting support. We may terminate access for Terms violations. Content already in your Google Docs or YouTube account is unaffected.
