Refund Policy

Our refund policy for subscriptions and credits.

1. General Policy

All purchases on Qurutu are generally non-refundable. We encourage you to use the Free Plan to evaluate the service before upgrading.

2. Trial Plan

The Trial plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Due to its low cost and one-time nature, it is non-refundable once purchased.

3. Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscription plans renew monthly and are billed automatically. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period.

No refunds are issued for the current billing period once a charge has been processed, including partial month refunds.

4. Credits

Credits are consumed when you generate or expand playlists. Consumed credits are non-refundable.

Unused credits on subscription plans do not roll over to the next billing cycle and are forfeited on cancellation. No refund is issued for unused credits remaining at cancellation.

5. Billing Errors & Technical Issues

We will promptly correct any duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions. For significant technical failures on our end that prevent you from using the service, contact us — we may issue account credits or extend your billing period at our discretion.

6. Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime to stop future renewals
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • Playlists and content in your Google Docs remain yours after cancellation
