We strongly encourage you to use our generous Free Plan to fully evaluate Snapgle before subscribing. This allows you to:

  • Test all core features without any financial commitment.
  • Understand exactly what our Pro plan offers.
  • Contact our support team with any questions before making a purchase.

Free Plan Includes: 15 documents per month, 50 captures per day, and community support. No credit card required!

3. Subscription Management

You have full control over your subscription:

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime to prevent future charges.
  • You will retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your content saved in Google Docs remains yours and accessible even after cancellation.

4. Exceptions and Support

While we don't offer refunds, we are committed to providing excellent support:

  • Technical Issues: Contact us immediately if you experience significant technical problems. We will work to resolve them and may offer account credits or service extensions at our discretion.
  • Billing Errors: We will correct any duplicate charges or clear unauthorized transactions reported promptly.
